Leaders gathered for the 20th bi-annual  Warfighting Development Center Leadership Huddle (WDC LH) and Advanced Warfighting Summit (AWS) hosted by Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC) from April 30 to May 1 to align and advance warfighting strategies.

This two-day event provided a key opportunity for collaboration across commands, where leaders discussed innovative approaches and synchronized efforts to strengthen warfighting development and integration. The summit brought together leaders from the Navy’s warfighting development centers, Strike Group Commanders, and other key stakeholders to focus on critical warfighting priorities. By sharing fleet feedback and promoting cross-community collaboration, these sessions are essential in refining warfare tactics and addressing operational gaps.
